Ingredients
36 fresh okra pods, sliced 1/3 inch thick
2 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Combine okra, olive oil, salt and pepper in a ziplock bag and shake to coat.
- Arrange okra on a foil lined cookie sheet and bake for 10 to 15 min.
