Yields: 8 Servings
Ingredients
32 oz Ore Ida Southern Style Hash Browns
1 cup butter, divided
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz sour cream
1 tsp salt
1/2 onion, chopped fine
16 oz Velveeta, cubed
2 cups corn flakes, crushed
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix 1/2 cup butter, soup, sour cream, salt, onion and cheese in large boiler and heat over low heat. Once cheese melts, mix in potatoes.
- Pour mixture into a lightly greased 9" x 12" pan. Top with corn flakes. Melt another 1/2 cup butter and pour over corn flakes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly and topping is brown.
