Ingredients
1 1/2 lb new potatoes, quartered
2 Tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a plastic bag; toss to coat.
- Pour into an ungreased 9 x 13 baking pan.
- Bake uncovered for 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
